Prices

A5. All prices quoted on the website are in Australian dollars.

A6. The Supplier reserves the right to increase the prices from time to time and you will be given notice prior to any price increase.

Marketing and contact

A7. The Supplier may contact you from time to time to offer additional products and services. You may unsubscribe from further contact by following the unsubscribe instructions contained in the email you receive, or by contacting the supplier at support@wagtag.com.au, Notwithstanding your instructions to unsubscribe from further contact, the supplier may still contact you in order to manage your membership and your device.

Disclaimers and Limitations

A8. WagTag is provided "as is" without guarantees of uninterrupted service, error-free operation, or specific results.

A9. We do not conduct background checks on users and cannot guarantee successful reunification of lost pets.

A10. Use of WagTag is at your own risk, and we are not responsible for any damages or losses incurred.

Technical Support

A11. For technical assistance, please contact our support team. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve issues but are not liable for delays or unavailability.

Service Availability and Security

A12. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the WagTag platform.

A13. Users are responsible for securing their devices against unauthorized access. We are not liable for data breaches, malware, or security failures related to user devices.

Intellectual Property

A14. All content and features within WagTag are protected under intellectual property laws. Unauthorized reproduction or misuse is prohibited.

Liability Limitation

A15. The Supplier is not liable for any claim, loss or damage related to WagTag, unless prohibited by law.

A16. You agree to indemnify the Supplier against all claims for injury, loss or damage arising out of these circumstances

Termination of Use

A18. WagTag reserves the right to terminate user access at any time, with or without notice, for violations of these terms.

A19. Users can deactivate their accounts through the platform.

A20. This agreement is to be governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia and you agree to submit to the laws and jurisdiction of Victoria, Australia.  Service availability: WagTag may be purchased and used Australia-wide.

Communication and Notices

A21. Official communication must be in English and will be considered delivered 24 hours after an email is sent or upon confirmed receipt.

Dispute Resolution

A22. Disputes should be resolved through mediation before considering arbitration or legal proceedings.

A23. Parties must make reasonable efforts to settle disputes amicably.

B1. Pet owners must register an account to access WagTag's core features.

B2. All account details, including personal and pet-related information, must be accurate and up to date.

Content Guidelines

B3. Users must ensure that all uploaded content complies with intellectual property laws and does not contain offensive, misleading, or harmful material.

B4. WagTag reserves the right to remove any content that violates these guidelines.
